This depends on what you are going through and your goals and visions. As a basic rule of thumb I recommend to see my clients on weekly or bi-weekly basis. This gives you a chance to build momentum and really start making progress on your goals.

No, I do not prescribe medications or make recommendations about prescription medications or controlled substances. I do not practice medicine and do not “diagnose” or “treat” diseases or medical conditions. Your prescribing medical doctor will manage all medications.

I use natural, noninvasive methods such as nutrition, herbs, supplements, stress management, and lifestyle changes to address the root causes of disease and promote optimal health. I use your lab work to identify hidden dysregulations.

I focus on promoting health by teaching clients about proper nutrition, sleep, movement, and the environment. I guide you to create long-lasting lifestyle habits so you can be confident and in control of your health. However, I do work with my clients’ physicians when desired.

No, this program is considered ‘above the standard of care’ and, therefore, ‘elective’ as far as insurance is concerned. I do everything I can to make this program affordable for everyone. My clients are working-class, normal people who just want to optimize their health.
