Watching my family members and best friend battle illness, and seeing my own daughter struggle with lifelong health challenges, I knew there had to be another way. I realized that true health isn’t about masking symptoms; it’s about finding and addressing the root cause.
I’ve learned to respond to my body’s messages with openness, not resistance. Here’s the truth: coaching is about digging deep to create the change you desire, so it can be tough sometimes. It can take you to places of pain and discomfort. However, it’s what creates transformation and optimal health that you are seeking. I am here to support you. This is a safe non judgmental place.

What you get out of coaching is largely depended on you. You can expect support,
guidance, listening, empowering and inspiring. The best coach in the world canʼt help you if you are not willing to put in the work yourself—to be honest about where you’re at and where you want to go.
This depends on what you are going through and your goals and visions. As a basic rule of thumb I recommend to see my clients on weekly or bi-weekly basis. This gives you a chance to build momentum and really start making progress on your goals.
No, I do not prescribe medications or make recommendations about prescription medications or controlled substances. I do not practice medicine and do not “diagnose” or “treat” diseases or medical conditions. Your prescribing medical doctor will manage all medications.
I use natural, noninvasive methods such as nutrition, herbs, supplements, stress management, and lifestyle changes to address the root causes of disease and promote optimal health. I use your lab work to identify hidden dysregulations.
I focus on promoting health by teaching clients about proper nutrition, sleep, movement, and the environment. I guide you to create long-lasting lifestyle habits so you can be confident and in control of your health. However, I do work with my clients’ physicians when desired.
No, this program is considered ‘above the standard of care’ and, therefore, ‘elective’ as far as insurance is concerned. I do everything I can to make this program affordable for everyone. My clients are working-class, normal people who just want to optimize their health.
