  1. Shop for food when you are full and satisfied. 
  2. Stock your kitchen with cookies and crackers, ice creams and pizza, that’s what you’ll eat! Stock your kitchen with eggs, carrots, cottage cheese, olives, dark organic chocolate…real, whole minimally processed foods  and that’s what you will eat. And guess what you’ll feel amaaazing!
